Vegeater Goes to Spain, But First…

To South Louisiana. It’s hard to say which will be more difficult in terms of vegging-it. But, we are committed. (Hubs may eat a shrimp or two…he’s a rebel like that! But I will likely not)

Both the cultures of Spain and South Louisiana are heavily meat-centered. Spain is the #3 consumer of pork per capita in the world. From what I understand, they sneak ham into nearly everything. The vegeater might be a few pounds lighter when she returns. I may have to make a few exceptions for cheese, but I’ll try to be judicious. I understand that tapas have many veg-choices.

As for rural So.La. I may be scouring the produce section at the Super-Walmart to get by. “Vegan?! Wha’s tha’ cher?”
