Vegan Thanksgiving w/ Photos
November 24, 2007 – 7:56 amI am proud to report that we had our first-ever vegan thanksgiving meal! After all the familial advice to ACCOMMODATE (assimilate? Mwa ha ha!) I don’t think we fared too badly. Our guest certainly didn’t starve; in fact, he said, and I quote: I didn’t even miss the turkey. It felt like we were just enjoying a really good meal. Hear, Hear! And was it good! It tasted like friendship and compassion and gratitude and was a joy to prepare. Here are photos.
