		<description>Another helpful ingredient is psyllium husk powder (not sure if it can be considered 100% raw - depends on how it is dried I suppose).  Raw is fun.  It&#039;s a lot easier in the summer, too.  Adi and I made some raw strawberry mini-pies the other day ;)</description>
