Happy Veggiversary to Me (Us)!
October 4, 2008 – 8:17 amIt was two years ago this month that Hubs and I decided to try our “Vegetarian Experiment”. We have never looked back. I have to say it has been the most satisfactory decision we ever made together. He would say so too.
To celebrate, I ordered a vegan carrot cake from Fairgrounds. We are going to share it with our neighbors today.
