Vegetable Pot Pie
January 8, 2009 – 2:23 pmI am so proud of myself. I made veggie pot pie without a recipe, and even made the pie crust (I used a recipe for that). I just dreamed it up out of my own head. Whole grain crust filled with cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, peas, onions, and garlic in a savory gravy. Yay me.
